Refund policy

STOCK  ITEMS
If you have ordered a "Stock" item, these products are identified on our web site as available for immediate delivery. Provided these goods are returned in an as new and saleable condition as detailed below you have the right to cancel your order either before delivery, or within 14 days of delivery.

If you wish to make a return we will not refund your initial delivery charge and return carriage will be at your cost. Refunds can only be made to the original value of the product/s. This does not affect your statutory rights.

SALEABLE CONDITION
Goods must be returned to us in an as new and re-saleable condition and we reserve the right to make reasonable deductions from the amount refunded to you if there are signs of wear and/or damage to the Goods.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging.

CUSTOM BUILT DOG BEDS & ACCESSORIES

"Custom-built" Products are products made to order and are listed on our website as requiring a delivery lead-time. Orders for Custom-Built Goods may not be cancelled by you after the payment has been made. We have no obligation to take back these Goods, though we may do so with the incurrence of a 35% restocking fee. This is entirely at our discretion.

BEADED LEADS, COLLARS & ACCESSORIES

Goods that are deemed unsuitable, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Provided these goods are returned in an as new and re-saleable condition we will replace or refund the item. The Customer shall accept liability for the cost of return. Refunds are processed against the original payment.
If Goods are damaged or faulty, please notify us within 28 days of delivery. We will repair or replace them without charge, or provide a full refund and accept liability for the cost of return where such costs are not deemed unreasonable.

GOODS DELIVERED OUTSIDE THE UK
In the event that you order Goods and request for the Goods to be shipped to a location outside of the UK Mainland you still have the right to return the Goods, but it is your responsibility to arrange for the Goods to be shipped back to our UK factory address.

CLEARANCE ITEMS
There is no automatic right of return for any Clearance Item purchased and they are sold as seen. Your statutory rights are not affected
