If you have ordered an "Stock" item, these products are identified on our web site with a delivery timescale of 7 days. Provided these goods are returned in saleable condition as detailed below you have the right to cancel your order either before delivery, or within 14 days of delivery.
If you wish to make a return we will not refund your initial delivery charge and return carriage will be at your cost. Refunds can only be made to the original value of the product/s. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Goods must be returned to us in an as new and saleable condition and we reserve the right to make reasonable deductions from the amount refunded to you if there are signs of wear and/or damage to the Goods.
Cushions must be returned unused and still in their original packaging.
CUSTOM BUILT GOODS
"Custom-built" Products are products made to order and are listed on our website as beds with a delivery timescale of 2-4 weeks. Orders for Custom-Built Goods may not be cancelled by you after the payment has been made. We have no obligation to take back these Goods, though we may do so with the incurrence of a 35% restocking fee. This is entirely at our discretion.
GOODS DELIVERED OUTSIDE THE UK
In the event that you order Goods and you arrange for the Goods to be shipped to a location outside of the UK Mainland you still have the right to return the Goods, but it is your responsibility to arrange for the Goods to be shipped back to the UK Mainland.
We will collect the Goods from any address on the UK Mainland.
There is no automatic right of return for any Clearance Item purchased and they are sold as seen. Your statutory rights are not affected.
